*Step 1

Download this image and open it in PSP.

Duplicate the image (Shift D) en copy the duplicate. (Right click and choose duplicate) Don't forget this!!

Go back to the original.

*Step 2

Add a border of 3 pixels, symmetric (Image - add borders)
Select the border with your magic wand tool and flood fill it (with the little bucket) with the goldpattern.

Effects - Inner Bevel

Selections - Select none.

*Step 3

Add a symmetric border of 10 pixels and select it with your magic wand.

Click with your right mouse button and choose: Paste into selection.

Repeat Step 2

*Step 5

Add a border of 15 pixels and select it with your magic wand.

Click with your right mouse button and choose: Paste into selection.

Let the selection where it is and go to:

Effects - Reflection effects - Kaleidoscope with these settings:

Edge mode= Wrap

Selections - select none.

Repeat step 2.

*Step 7

Add a border of 10 pixels and select it with your magic wand.

Click with your right mouse button and choose: Paste into selection.

Selections - select none.

*Step 8

Repeat step 2.

*Step 9

Selections - select all

Adjust - Add/remove noise - Add noise

Noise is 20, mark Uniform and monochrome

Selections - select none.

*Step 10

Image - Rezise

Height 350 pixels.

Mark bicubic, this will usually give the best results.

*Step 11

File - Export - Jpeg optimizer

Compression value on 20

Export the image into the folder you want.
